AAHS welcomes new board president Cathy Torrey

AAHS has a new Board President! We’re excited to welcome long-time Director Cathy Torrey, who has previously served in this capacity, as our new Board President. We also extend a sincere thanks to outgoing President John Dennehy for his two terms of service. John will remain on the Board to continue his support of AAHS.

Repairs on the Birthplace

AAHS is very grateful for recent work undertaken by contractor Ben Wilcox to repair our entrance after damage sustained at the beginning of the year. Ben, who has extensive experience working on historic buildings, has also made critical repairs to the AAHS storage shed during our months of being closed to the public. Thank you Ben!
